The property consists of 26 buildings including a main lodge featuring approximately 850 square foot rooms and 25 one and two-story villa buildings located throughout the property.

The hotel also includes three restaurants, a signature retail store, a spa, the Camp Cheeca kids camp, six tennis courts, a 9-hole Jack Nicklaus designed golf course and a 525 foot fishing pier. The historical property originally opened in 1946 and was substantially rebuilt over the past several years.
